1. Cancellation Policy

a. Yoga Classes:
– If you need to cancel your reservation for a yoga class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Physical Products:
– If you wish to cancel your order for physical products, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
– Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

a. Yoga Classes:
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded.

b. Physical Products:
– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
– We will require detailed information and, if applicable, supporting evidence such as photographs of the damaged or defective product.
– To initiate the return process for damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team.
– We will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
– Return shipping costs for non-defective products will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return Policy

a. Physical Products:
– If you have received an unused physical product and wish to return it for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
– The product must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
– Return shipping costs for non-defective products will be the responsibility of the customer.
– Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process.
– Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

a. To cancel a yoga class reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
b. To cancel an order for physical products or initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order or receiving the delivery.

5. Exceptions

a. Glory Yoga reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not comply with the policies outlined above or if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

b. Any exceptions to the stated policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Glory Yoga.
